Engineer. Builder. Occasionally carries boxes up stairs.
Bengaluru, India2× Google Summer of CodeRails core contributorBuilding Domogo AI
I don't have a tidy story. I've stocked retail shelves, patched cryptography inside a framework that runs a good slice of the internet, scaled an F&B brand into a chain of around seventy-five outlets, and spent six years quietly holding together banking systems for a German fintech. The thread isn't a job title — it's that I'll figure out whatever the thing in front of me needs, and then do it properly.
These days the thing in front of me is agentic AI. Not the demo kind that lives in a notebook and dies on stage — the kind that answers a real phone call, books a real table, and remembers you next time. I'm building Domogo AI toward that, and helping a few people set up practical AI around their actual work along the way.

Bengaluru
Agent-to-agent commerce for service businesses. It starts with an AI voice agent that handles restaurant reservations and remembers regulars, and grows from there.

Software Engineer — United Signals
Frankfurt · six years
Owned banking integration work across Rails, VBANK, Flowniq and Expersoft — drove the projects given to me without needing to be told how. Built the architecture end to end, mentored people on it, and designed an AI-assisted way to generate the trickiest mappings.

Co-Founder — Foodwise Hospitality
Lassi Magic · Brew Cafe · Magic Wok · Smack Shack
Helped scale the Foodwise brands — Lassi Magic, Brew Cafe, Magic Wok and Smack Shack — to around seventy-five outlets across India, with Lassi Magic the largest. Built a distribution center and kept it profitable, launched a B2B line off the same infrastructure, hired and looked after the people running it.

Ruby on Rails
Rebuilt how Rails secures cookies: expiry and purpose baked into signed and encrypted messages, the cipher moved to AES-256-GCM, SignedGlobalID ported across. It runs in millions of applications now, including ones you used today.

Selected for the Eklavya program under Prof. D. B. Phatak at IIT Bombay. I started, then made the call to leave and follow a different path. Not every prestigious door is the right room — knowing when to walk out of one matters as much as getting in.

Asst. store manager and merchandiser. Jumped onto the floor during rush, watched competitors, learned that systems are just people and shelves until you make them work.
"Life's full of uncertainty, so I rolled up my sleeves. Once I carried a truckload of heavy boxes up to the first floor alone, fasting, just before dusk in Ramadan — the driver was a heart patient and my team was already deployed elsewhere. The work needed doing, so I did it."

I learn from the people who built these fields — Berkeley with Patterson & Fox, Stanford with Roughgarden, MIT with Tsitsiklis, Andrew Ng back in 2020. Not a recent convert to any of this; a decade of going to the source. Still going — right now, Stanford's frontier-systems work and Berkeley's agentic-AI courses, alongside whatever the next problem demands. The list below is a snapshot, not a finish line.

The rest of me
When I travel, I don't tour — I live there. A month in one place, the way a local actually lives it: the food, the culture, the rhythm of an ordinary day, fully immersed rather than passing through. It's the same instinct I bring to everything: all the way in, not wide.

I care about being a decent human with real values, and about doing honest work regardless of who's watching.
